Eng. Amad Aldeen Eng. Amad Aldeen revealed that Sudatel has new developments in the administration sector to cope with the great developments and expansion in services. “The achievements of Sudatel attracted more investors,” he added.
In the same time, Sudatel has increased his capitalization from 750 millions dollars to 2.5 billions dollars, here the news released by Sudatel:
In an extra ordinary meeting for Sudatel General Assembly, which took place in April 23 in Friendship Hall in Khartoum, the company decided to increase its capital from $750 million to $ 2.5 billion and to change its name to become Sudatel Group for Telecommunication Ltd.
The company changed its name and increased the capital to cope with the great expansions in and outside Sudan.
Board of Director Chairman: the new changes are implemented to enhance the great developments and expansion in the company.
The Board of Director Chairman Eng. Abd Alaziz Osman addressed the General Assembly extra ordinary meeting and said that the meeting is for discussing the proposed changes to meet the great developments and expansion in the company, to meet the requirements of the Companies Act and Khartoum Exchange Market developments. ”
We increased the capital to be $2.5 billion, and changed the company name to be Sudatel Group for Telecommunication Ltd ” he said . Eng. Abd Alaziz further said that these changes are useful for the shareholders and came as a result for the developments that the company witnessed and a response to the competition. “The old name indicates that the company is a local one with limited activities and the change was proposed for the company’’s expansion outside Sudan,” he revealed adding that the new shares will not affect the old shareholders.
